- Drainage – Revision to the 100 year flood plain maps & associated insurance and land development issues.

- Garage – “a Committee of the Board be immediately selected by the Board to appear at City Council and all other City Boards & Commissions to represent the position of the Board and Association. This Committee shall maintain contact with Board Officers and Members and shall attend all required events relating to this matter in Brackenridge Park lands.”

This is my first visit to the website. It’s great and should really improve neighborhood communication. Thanks for your efforts.
Tues night at about midnight I was going to check the front door and noticed 2 guys riding bikes down our street (E. Criag, last one by the Golf Course) one was pushing a lawn mower and the other carrying a weed eater. One of the bikes had a grey childs seat on the back. They went into the golf course, knocking down the temporary fence. I called the police, in the mean time I drove over to the Valero on Broadway where they were passing by and then headed east on Josephine. I finally waived a police cruiser down after another 10 min. He said he would go and see if he could find them. I don’t if he found anything but if someone is missing these items be sure follow up with a report.
